Year number 4 at Brooksedge and I still enjoy living here. I look forward to the landscaping skills every spring - they do a beautiful job. The complex keeps the buildings and breezeways clean with power spraying. Trash is picked up around grounds in the mornings. Maintenance team is the best. I really can’t say enough about this place. Location wise - plenty of restaurants and stores within 2 miles, walking/jogging/biking trails right in front of us. Good place to live.

wow i am so happy and thrilled with my moving in to my new apartment in Brooksedge on 04/09/2024 the experience was so beautiful everything want smoothly and nice. The stuff’s was so nice and friendly and the neighbor is so quiet me and daughter loves it here. The apartment was nicely cleaned out and they are so spacey i love it. Thank you Brooksedge

I absolutely LOVE being a resident here at Brooksedge! Myself and my 3 children have been here for about a year and this has been the best experience we’ve ever had with apartments. The staff is always very friendly! Front office staff call to check in and even return your call if missed promptly. Maintenance staff keep the property looking great and if ever there is an issue, they are very fast and efficient with getting things fixed. I appreciate having such a well kept complex. In addition to an already great place to live, Brooksedge is always holding different events for the residents to come and enjoy. Most recently, an event for Easter.. I definitely recommend Brooksedge to anyone who is looking!

You never know what kind of service you will get with complexes no matter the price. After living in my previous one for 8 years, I am even more satisfied here than I was where I moved from. They LITERALLY resolve ALL my issues in 1 day. Every time I have a concern, they are ON it. I NEVER have to wonder if they will give me the run around or if maintenance will take forever to fix something. The front desk is super friendly. Maintenance is super friendly. They stay on top of trash piling up at our compose bin. Never see dog poop everywhere. Always hosting FREE community events REGULARLY. The pool stays clean. I never hear drama from neighbors, and I feel VERY safe. The Kia boys came to our neighborhood once, but one of my neighbor came outside with his “safety tool” ready for that action and they left lol so it’s nice to know people still look out for each other over here. This complex is truly one of a kind. Thank you for everything Brooksedge!!!

I absolutely love it here! We moved from a place that I lived at for 13 years so I was a little skeptical about where I would move to next. I read alot of the reviews and thought ok its the employees writing these lol. But after moving in I agree that this is a very friendly and welcoming place to live. The staff are friendly and professional. I love the community interaction and events that they have at the office. Me and my husband made the right decision when we moved here and I would recommend Brooksedge to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe and welcoming place to live!

I have lived at brooksedge for almost a year, the property is always clean and quiet. I did through day and night check before moving in, and it’s still a wonderful community. Friendly staff and very helpful. Dog park is awesome and pool is great. I love the events as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve been at Brooksedge for almost a year now & haven’t had any major problems with anything. The property manager ( Carolyn ) has been very helpful since day one & the maintenance team is always quick once I put in a request. Out of all the places I’ve rented to this is the best one.

I moved here from Florida without ever seeing the unit before signing and loved it! Stayed for 1 year and only moved because we bought a house. Staff is so kind and always throwing fun community events. Only had to call maintenance one time and they helped the very next day.

I absolutely love this complex. I moved in last year and i am enjoying every second of it. I love how the property manager Carolyn is always so attentive and friendly. She literally addresses all my concerns. Furthermore, whenever you put in a request for a repair, they show up ride away. Thank you so much Cortland for making my stay here enjoyable.

I have lived in Brooksedge by Cortland since 2019. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I love the fact that they do it with a smile. The maintenances staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to taking care of the apartments. When you put the work order in, the turn around time is good. I have been living here in Brooks edge Cortland community since 2022 but the management is great friendly and wonderful the leasing process is made easy and convenient no stress at all . They would go extra mile to make sure you are successful and comfortable . Carolyn is great hardworking and responsible she would attend to all maintenance requests and make sure they are done in time and follow up for confirmation if successfully done. I would recommend any one who wants to live with comfort and secured environment Brooks edge is the right choice and and I believe the apartment worthy of their price. Especially the maintenance crew try there best to make you comfortable in any repairs or emergencies that may occur including there weekends on-call maintenance team . This is Home for me ,what a great place to live.

Our application and move in process was painless. There was a pre move in inspection where they found one of our appliances wasn't working. They were very transparent and told us right away, and it was fixed within hours. We have a giant soaking tub which is so nice for both our child and us adults. Our corner is pretty quiet which is appreciated. Only minor complaint is the kitchen feels a little crammed. Overall, we're glad we moved here!

I’m going on my third year at Brooksedge and still love this place. Landscaping is very well done, maintenance crew is spot on and really nice. I don’t have much interaction with the leasing office, but when I have, they were all great. Close by to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. My neighbors have all been good, but my favorite neighbor recently moved to a house. Sad, but happy for him. I do recommend this place - definitely convenient.

this is my first apartment I ever lived in. I moved in on 3/16/18 and everything has been smooth. when starting out I read a lot of reviews for different places. not all were good nor in a good price range. when I first visited brooksedge Laura who is no longer there, was so kind and helpful. she gave us a tour and explained everything. later after we had visited, my roommate and I decided this was where we wanted to live. Laura had called more then once to follow up with me and my roomie. if I had any questions she was there to answer them. the guy who replaced her is just the same, the staff is excellent. now I will say this parking is bad. residence parks up front and guest are to park in the back. I come home and someone who doesn't live there is in the spots provided for us residence. my roommate gets home late and has to park far away from our building. on the other hand the apartment is nice, rooms are separate rather then next to each other which we love. only living here for a week and we love it. I

I love living at Brooksedge Apts. They are spacious, plenty of counter space, along with a separate dining area, where most places have a very small space for a table only. A large main bathroom with a 1/2 bath also, is great. If you're looking for a place with no stairs, this is the place to look!

I’ve been living here since November and my wife and I love it. It’s a quiet community with many great features. There is a little park for kids to play on and a nice sized fenced in area for our pup to run around freely. We love the sense of community here between the staff and other residents being friendly and courteous. Everyone does there best to make you feel like you can call this place home for years. 10/10 would recommend

I really enjoy living at Brooksedge. It is relatively quiet for a complex and very convenient to stores. Of the two times Ive called for maintenance service, their response time was very fast. Grounds look beautiful.

I have been here almost a year and am very happy with my decision. LOVE the 1 level floor plan, great kitchen counter space, large main bathroom and sizes of bedrooms. The office and maintanence folks have all been great! Plus I'm close to restaurants, stores, banking and post office.

I have been living at Brooksedge for half a year now and I could not be happier! The apartment is spacious and well designed, and the only maintenance issue I had was minor and resolved very quickly. I have lived in several apartments before and this is the quietest one by far. I almost never hear noise from my neighbors above or beside me. The community wide non-smoking policy is also very nice!

I’ve lived in the Brooksedge community for over 2 years now. The staff has always been so personable and have gone above and beyond to make my boys and me feel welcome. The property manager, Carolyn, even checked in to see how we were when she saw us carrying balloons into our apartment. She went and picked up a personal gift for my kids to contribute to our celebration. The staff here are consistently great.
