It’s my final month here and I am happy to say I’ve been extremely grateful and appreciative of the entire staff. It’s common to have one to two favorites (if you’re lucky) among apartment leasing agents but the ENTIRE team here is kind and supportive. They’re human above all and try to help you any way they can. Maintenance team is also exceptional! They wave every morning and make you feel like you’re part of the community. I’ve been leasing apts for years now and these guys are unequivocally my favorite. I feel lucky to have lived here.

I toured here and ended up moving down the street since they had a killer move in special. Cortland Broomfield at the time didn’t have a move in special and now I know why, they didn’t need one! They were upfront and honest and I wish I would have moved here. Once my current lease is up, ill moving to Cortland broomfield.

I have been working as the preferred flooring vendor with Alyssa and Cortland Broomfield for almost a year now and every interaction I have had has been great! The community is beautiful and I would say that Alyssa definitely approaches things as a friend who wants to help everyone. This place is the literal best! The ladies here are so amazing, Abigail, Stephanie, and Alyssa (sorry if I misspelled any), they are always ready to help and talk about and any issues regarding the property or problems in general. They honestly have become some of my favorite people! The community around here is great, and I highly recommend going to their website which shows schools for children K-12 and show stores, food and other nearby things. The apartments themselves are beautiful and perfect in size! They often have amazing food trucks and fun events each month. I do recommend visiting and possibly staying!

After living at another apartment complex that flooded multiple times within the first month of living there my fiancé and decided to reach out to Cortland Broomfield. We ended up speaking with Alyssa and from the get go she was so helpful and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. We were fortunate enough to move in that weekend. Alyssa made us feel heard throughout the whole process and was an amazing point of contact to guide us through our transition. TLDR: Surprisingly caring parent company, excellent staff, and high quality apartments that are pet friendly. The abnormally high ratings are not a fluke - you aren't just a walking money bag, you are a human being first and foremost! Shoutout to Alyssa, Austin, Steph, and Jaelyn for making my time here fantastic! Cortland Broomfield surprised me right out of the gate - empathetic staff, a parent company that invests in maintenance and their employees, and excellent quality buildings/amenities. This later fact is especially true with sound and thermal insulation (buildings keep heat well, to the point my heater didn't need to turn on until January). The logistics of life are actively considered, emerging in smart choices in piping, utilities, and unit design. The hidden stressors of daily life are already addressed for you, and any issues readily communicated to the community. I moved to Cortland Broomfield in the past year and have loved it. It is night and day from the last place I lived with regards to service. Last week, my dishwasher stopped working, and within 30 minutes of putting in a work order, the technicians were here And fixing it. The dishwasher was up and running within 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service. I find that in all departments including leasing. I feel very lucky to have found Cortland Broomfield!

I've lived at Cortland Broomfield twice now and while no apartment complex is perfect, this is the best I've ever seen. Alyssa Combs is excellent at her job and responds to issues quickly, compassionately, and professionally. The facility is very well taken care of and the office staff is so friendly and professional. Upon move out I was not charged for erroneous damages, they were very honest and fair. My goal is to rent here every summer and it would be pretty hard to get me to go elsewhere. And you can't beat the location!!

I’ve enjoyed my time living here, very quiet, never really any disturbances and the maintenance is quick and top notch! They power washed an old birds nest and droppings off of my porch and even cleaned my dogs kennel I had out there that got all nasty from the birds too! The leasing office staff has been amazing as well. I’ll miss living here!

We recently moved into Cortland Broomfield and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience! Stephanie gave us our initial tour and helped us with our out-of-state move; she was so friendly and accommodating. The community is centrally located and it is just the right size- not so large that maintenance can’t keep up or amenities are always too busy. It is quiet, the apartments are beautifully finished and are very spacious, parking is ample and easy, there are lots of great amenities (including some in each building, not just the community clubhouse), there are elevators and mailboxes in each building, no valet trash (which we appreciate!), and the staff are so friendly! We’ve also enjoyed the community events which include food trucks that come out and workout classes. The rent is steep but comparable to other communities. Overall, we love it here and highly recommend it!

The logistics of life are planned out at Cortland Broomfield, meaning you don't just exist here - you can live here. Building quality is very solid, with good insulation (both heating and sound, even when living next to a main road), and appliances are modern/high quality. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, willing to help whenever they can (both maintenance and general staff). Cortland Broomfield was also developed to be a place to live, not milk people for money - look at the design of the building complex and the noise reduction designed into the build layout. From satellite or street view, you'll see a huge difference from the nearby cookie cutter, square apartments. Perhaps it's not surprising then Cortland Broomfield has consistently higher reviews than these neighboring complexes... Alyssa and everyone in the office have been nothing but friendly and accommodating to us since we moved in a couple years ago. They've had a lot of staff changes, shortages and still manage to try and make their tenants feel welcomed and heard. The maintenance staff have also always been excellent, friendly to our dogs when coming out for service, and always say hi when I see them around. It's the little things that have stood out that made me feel like I'm at home here in Cortland. Even if some of their staff root for the wrong collegiate teams, I'll look past it this time!

Toured this location before signing a lease at another Cortland property that made more sense with my commute. Cortland Broomfield is a beautiful place to live. It's location is so convenient and feels really centralized between downtown Denver and Boulder. The community is always clean, the staff are amazing and attentive and they host community activities and food trucks often for us to enjoy. If you have dogs there's a dog park on property and one just up the road to the enjoy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartments are a good size for the value too. I love living at Cortland Broomfield, I don't plan on leaving unless its to purchase something.

I was placed here when my house burned down in the marshall fire. And I feel fortunate because there were a lot of mistakes and elements that I didn't pick up on in the transition...but I was always informed and given advice on what should have been obvious at times. And I was always treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. I'm glad I landed here!!! The ladies at the leasing center have all been so helpful and friendly.

I have been living at Cortland Covington Ridge in Thornton for over 2 years now. One of the best complexes I've ever lived at. Management team here is awesome. And I can't say enough about how awesome the whole maintenance team is. They have always got right on things when needed and gotten it taken care of within 24 hours. Great location. Complex as well taken care of year-round. If I could give these guys more than five stars I would do it!

I absolutely love the Cortland Broomfield Apartments. the staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Facilities are always maintained well and snow and ice are handled diligently during the winter. Any time anything is happening whether it be events or maintenance or issues with accessing certain areas very clear comunication is sent out. by the way, the events are wonderful and frequent. I never find myself caught unaware or concerned. on top of all of that the floor plans and apartments themselves are beautiful and well thought out. the apartments are very handicap accesible as well. I am a very happy and satisfied ongoing resident here and have already renewed for a second leasing term. love this place!!!

It is almost going to be the Marshall fire anniversary next month. It is hard for us to relive those moments , but finding a home away from home, here at Broomfield, Cortland, has made the transition smooth. The administration / front desk are very professional , taking care of any individual needs. I remember, I had some fire related documents to get printed, and I had just been uprooted by the fire, both Alyssa and Jaylene took it upon themselves to get them printed, thus pulled me out of that anxiety mode, that time. Cortland Broomfield has been great! 2020 has been super crazy as most people know, but being quarantined here has made it a little easier. The leasing peeps care and even called me a couple of times through the peak of COVID-19 to make sure I was doing well. Maintenance has immediately fixed anything I had issues with, even if it was my fault 🤦🏻‍♂️ and never gave me attitude about it. I highly recommend it here.
