I have really enjoyed my time so far at Cortland Hilliard. I feel safe, appreciated as a customer/resident and everyone here is really friendly and helpful. I love how close this community is to shopping, dining and entertainment. I am also much closer to my job so having a shorter commute is great!

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed it. It’s clean and the people are great. Dylan in the office is kind and very knowledgeable and welcoming. When an issue comes up he takes it serious and gets it taken care of. Since maintenance has changed Dana is so sweet and a very hard worker and does a great job keeping the grounds cleaned and is fast to get ur stuff fixed. Great place to live

As a resident since the beginning, we have been thru several property management companies, staff changes and even a name change! I have to say that the current staff has far exceeded all previous. In addition to the property location and amenities, having an office and maintenance staff that truly goes above and beyond to address any issues, even before they become issues, makes a big difference in enjoying where you call home. Kudos to Dylan and Dana, both whom diligently go out of their way to make sure that not only are the residents needs are being addressed but to also make them feel cared about and looked out for. I’ve been living here for 3.5 months now, and I love it! The staff is super helpful and the apartments themselves are nice. The only thing that could be improved is the dog litter - but that’s the dog owners’ responsibility, not the complex - there are TONS of poop bag/trash stations all over the place that I really appreciate. Thank y’all!

I love it here. Everything is great. Love my apartment after a long day at work. The technical staff is quick to respond. Love the team in the office (they have been incredibly accomodating). Move in is super smooth, you dont have to worry about setting up your electric supply company, getting wifi is super smooth, you can call the spectrum team that supplies the apartment complex and they will set everything up the very next day (its a self install system so you can do it yourself) I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

I've lived in a lot of places, and this is by far my favorite. The community is very well kept and clean. Management is responsive to questions and gets ahead of any issues. They are on top of routine maintenance in units. The community is very dog friendly, but the units are also very sound resistant. I know dogs lived around me and I never hear barking. Management is also very reasonable to work with. I wanted to transfer into a different unit before my lease was up and they made it a simple process without any extra costs or fees. They communicated every step of the process with me.

The current on-site management team has been crushing it more than ever these days: answering emails. responding to calls, and resolving service requests so quickly that it feels like I'm the only tenants here sometimes. Josh deserves some extra points, I have to say, for his efforts like this morning when I caught him plowing pathways in the snow/ice before 5 a.m. for us. He always goes the extra mile for this community.

Peyton Park has been a great first apartment for me and my boyfriend. Friendly staff, and maintenance assistance - Josh is always welcoming. Great amenities with the pool and workout facility. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Hilliard. Convenient to grocery shopping and stores and also to hop on the highway to go downtown.

Peyton Park’s apartments are modern, clean and kept up to date. I appreciate the front desk staff being so caring and more than happy to help me with anything I need whether it be related to billing or maintenance. I've had a very happy stay at Cortland Craig Ranch thus far. The team at the leasing office are very helpful - from the time I moved in to this day, I've had no issues. Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. A current resident (and family member) recommended this location to us, and we are glad we moved here. My husband and I wanted to experiment with apartment living after 50 years in the same home in Illinois. We also wanted to be near family in Kennewick, Washington. Our stay at Affinity at Southridge was fantastic. The staff was wonderful at helping us adjust. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner. There were many amenities to choose from and I think we ended up using them all. Many of the residents became friends/family in a short time. I just moved to Ohio and am very happy to have ended up in this community, which I had found online and never visited before renting. My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.

I toured multiple apartments in the Glendale area, and Summerly has the best floor plans/layouts than any other apartment community including some brand new ones being built. They are so spacious! Destinations Alexander is a neighborhood type Community with single level apartments. The community’s landscaping is well kept and the building’s exterior is well maintained. It’s a peaceful environment, parking’s available, beautiful clubhouse, pool, exercise room, billiards room, and sewing room. There’s a shuttle service and lots of monthly activities/events for residents. We have been here for over two years and enjoy living our retirement years in this neighborhood.

The initial move in process was extremely easy, the management makes it so smooth especially when you've never rented your own apartment before. Any questions or concerns are addressed within a couple of hours and they send maintenance out as soon as they can. The maintenance staff is super kind, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they're doing. The complex is beautiful as well as the pool and gym and the management staff work diligently to maintain it. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, while still enforcing leash laws and there is a small dog park which is a big bonus. The best part is the plethora of bunnies that live in the complex, which are absolutely adorable

It’s a great place to live. It’s quiet, safe and I have had no problems at all in the 2 years I have been here. If I need maintenance they are here that day or the next. Everyone from the office to the maintenance are all very nice and help with anything you need. The grounds are always taken care of and beautiful. They always have fun things for the residents to do and fun places they can go to. I love living here…

Cortland Craig Ranch is an awesome place to live. The location is great, the team is beyond awesome and professional, it’s lets that 2 minute from shopping places and multiple restaurants.

I really like it here. I have never felt afraid. Everyone in the office and maintenance are friendly and take care of any issues promptly. The only negative is with the landscapers. If your in the front of the complex all is taken care of. But us that live in the back part just get a quick once over. It’s looking a little shabby back here with trash around and the plants and grounds in need of extra care.

I moved into a dirty apartment! The trash area is a eyesore! Parking is a free for all & not monitored. Maintenance sucks! Not a safe area!!!

It is so nice to have a friendly maintenance staff to provide quick response for any maintenance needs. I have the knowledge to fix most maintenance issues but right now do not have the capability to do it. It's so nice to not have find a friend to fix it.

I LOVE The Allure, it’s safe, quiet, there’s awesome parking, amazing amenities, but the only thing I’d like next time would be for The Allure management to show us the space they have open before we sign the lease. We saw the space on move-in day, but it is a little small for us and that’s why we have to throw and/or donate so much of our furniture right now which is a hassle. Otherwise, it’s amazing!

Peyton Park by Cortland has been a wonderful place to live! I’ve enjoyed the new management and they have made many improvements within a short period of time! Macey in the leasing office is always pleasant and super welcoming every time I come in, with a treat waiting for my pup! Maintenance is always prompt and courteous. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Peyton Park!

Peyton Park is very clean, well maintained, and at a great location. The apartments are updated with functional layouts. The community is located within Hilliard City Schools, which is a great bonus!! The office staff, Macey and Jim, are very welcoming and professional. The maintenance staff, Clint and Tyler, take care of things promptly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the decision to live at Peyton Park!

Since, even before my family and I arrived to this community, we couldn’t have asked for better people to assist us in our move from out-of-state. Jim Armpriester, Macey Jackson, and Tyler Hart all did well to prepare everything from the lease agreement, to getting a beautiful home ready for us, and even reserving a spot for us to park after a very long day of traveling. They were each very welcoming, polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They each made what could’ve easily been a very unbearable and stressful time very fluid and easy. Peyton Park is a wonderful place to call home. First off the apartments are very nice and spacious. They come fully furnished with Samsung appliances and that includes a washer and dryer. Also, I love having a fitness center that I can access 24/7 it makes going to the gym so much more convenient and they have a Starbucks machine in the clubhouse. The pool and grill area is a nice spot to hang out on a nice summer day. Lastly, but not least the office staff especially Macy is extremely outgoing and they will make you feel right at home. Since Cortland took over Macy has went above and beyond to build a relationship with myself and other tenants living at Peyton Park.
