I love my apartment, the amenities, & how conveniently located North Haven is to everything, while also being tucked away on a side street for more of a neighborhood feel than complexes directly off 290 or other major roads. What truly sets Cortland North Haven apart from most other apartment communities, though, is their staff. While other communities may have 1 or 2 staff members that are great, everyone at Cortland North Haven has been wonderful for all 6 years I've lived here now - the manager Sheila, Brooke'Lyn & Eddy in the leasing office, Alonzo & the rest of the maintenance & make-ready team (sorry, I don't know all of their names). They truly make Cortland feel more like a home & a community than simply just an apartment complex.

This property is beautiful and has awesome amenities for a single parent with multiple little kids. I am moving back to Houston from another city and while I decide our forever home, we chose this property to be the best fit for us! Brooke’Lyn was so helpful during this transition.

There is not too many communities that can compete with this property. When visiting friends here it really feels like a family environment all the way around. I look at these apartments as homes with multiple neighbors lol. If we were not in a house we would come move here!

I moved in last month to the 1 bedroom 951 sf apartment home which comes on the second floor with no one above or below me and since I work from home it was the BEST decision I have ever made! Brookelyn made the process so smooth from applying to moving in! The attached garage is the icing on the cake!

My wife and I just had our second child and we sold our home so we were needing something as close to a house as possible during our transition of building a new home and we ended up getting the 2 bedroom 1277 sf on the second floor. This unit was perfect because it had no one above or below which allows my kids to be kids and live in peace! Sound discrepancy is extinct in this unit and we are so very happy! The staff is amazing. They were willing to work a round our weird moving schedule and kept us up-to-date and in the loop. The grounds are well kept up and beautiful. The gym here could be a little bigger and I would love a squat rack but I’m still able to get a good work out in without it.

AMAZING COMPLEX!! Large array of workout equipment, expansive pool area with new barbecue grills/lounge chairs/pillows, as well as a car wash bay. Staff is always VERY friendly and prompt to handle any and all maintenance requests. We stayed here in Northaven Cortland for almost 5.5yrs before moving into our own house.. We loved everything about this apartment. The leasing staff Brooklyn and Eddie both were always very approachable.Maintenence staff Israel was the one who would always come with a big smile and never left without getting the problem solved. Super clean surroundings, very safe in terms of safety and security.. Thank you Cortland for amazing experience..It was literally our home for this many year and made me very very emotional while stepping out of this apartment.

This is a very nice place to live in. My mom moved in February. We were very fortunate to have Brookelyn as our leasing professional. The maintenance workers have also being super nice and helpful to my mom’s needs. She used to have a dog and we noticed the place is well planned to walk your pet. The pool area is beautiful and they do a very good job to keep it clean and neat. They will let you know through a text message if the pool will be closed for extra maintenance. The only problem I can think about is that if somebody smokes in their apartment and somehow the apartments share ducts, you’ll get the smoke. I don’t think this one is on the management but unfortunately on the residents who don’t want to keep the rules. There is always somebody out of compliance, right?

I moved into this property about 2 years ago, and have enjoyed every moment of it. First, the property is very well maintained by the very friendly maintenance team. Maintenance team swiftly responds to any request I put in. When they arrive, they are kind, friendly, and leave the area in which they are working in better shape than they found it. Most recently, Shelia (Property Director), had my carpets shampooed and stretched! I'm a clean freak, so that was a win for me. Office staff are also very friendly, and professional. There may be some great properties out there, but I am happy to call this place home!

I’m back! I just signed my 4th lease here at Cortland North Haven. I’ve had a 15 month absence but when I decided to move back to Cypress, there was no doubt that I would be moving back to my home community. And, I mean COMMUNITY!The property manager, Sheila Baker, is a hands-on manager. She is the most professional, caring, personable, and committed associate for the residents here at Cortland North Haven. She has surrounded herself with very capable and dedicated associates. Brooke’Lyn Powell, lead leasing agent, is a top notch associate that knows her residents by name… because she has been here for many years. She takes pride in her responsibilities. Now… to the good part. Living here is a blessing. It’s secure, beautifully maintained, close to shopping, toll road, great school district, and best of all, we have garages that are attached to the apartment. For me, that’s a great security issue. If you’re looking for a superb place to call home, look here first. You’ll be doing yourself a favor.

Yes I would recommend Cortland & I don’t even live there. My best friend lives here and it’s absolutely beautiful and when I went in the office Brooklyn was VERY attentive and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her residents. I recommend it just because of the customer service from Brooklyn & have not heard any different from other residents. She deserves a raise just for her performance alone !

Wow its been a month since I have been a resident at Cortland North Haven. I love it here, and glad to call it home for now! There were some maintenance issues when I first moved in, but Shelia made sure everything was resolved quickly and promptly. Brookleyn was my Leasing Agent, and she is awesome! Up until I moved in she kept me updated with everything, and made my move in day go really smooth. A special shout out to Israel the maintenance guy! He made sure all maintenance was taken care of really fast! Thanks for all your hard work, and taking care of the residents here at Cortland! Seriously, you need a cape! lol haha! So far so good here at Cortland North Haven!! It might seem a little expensive, but its worth it for sure!!!

Definitely one of the most amazing properties I've been in. I love the aesthetics of the apartment homes. I love that it has hardwood flooring, and always top notch appliances. Above all, I love that every unit has an attached garage. The staff are friendly and truly make residents feel like they matter. No matter the issue that you have, they're always there to help fix it. I love the environment, it is always nice and quiet no matter the time, it's always safe to go for a run or walk. I would definitely recommend living here or at any Cortland property.

After living in my home for over 20 years I was reluctant to move into an apartment complex. I can happily say that I have called Cortland North Haven my home for the past 3 years. It is a very nice complex with awesome amenities! The pool is the best. Sheila and all her staff in the sales office & maintenance do a great job! All reports and requests are addressed in a timely manner. They genuinely care about there tenants well being. North Haven is quiet and I have felt safe while living here. The attached garages are a big plus too! I have been happy and satisfied to call North Haven my home.

I’ve lived at cortland North Haven Apartments for 4 years. I had heard negative stories, in general, about apartment living. Well, my experience at North Haven has been spectacular. The management staff are amazing. The manager, Sheila, is absolutely professional, friendly, courteous, and effective in her position. I can, without a doubt, say the same for Autumn, assistant manager. Both of them are caring, eager to please, and have a high level of expectation for their entire staff. They set the example for all of the employees at North Haven. Now... the best part. I love living at North Haven. It is quiet, safe, beautiful, and close to shopping, restaurants, toll road and outlet mall. The maintenance staff are professional, courteous, and responsive. I’ve never waited more than a day to get non-emergency issues resolved. Emergency issues are resolved immediately.... even on Sunday's or holidays. I have a choice where I live. I chose to live here! I’ll continue to live here! This is HOME!

I have a lot of good things to say about this apartment complex. Below i've listed out all the pros and cons that we experienced after living there for 5yrs. Pros: 1. Great location, and zoned for a fantastic school district! 2. Reasonably priced for luxury apartments in the area 3. Management staff is courteous and listens to issues. Most problems are resolved quickly and painlessly (we had one on going issues that was never properly addressed, i've listed it below). This is the only reason I can't give a 5 star 4. The grounds are looked after and kept clean. 5. After move out we were not nitpicked and charged an absorbent amount of money for small things like cleaning, repairs etc... This is a huge plus! 6. The community is quiet and everyone is very friendly. 7. Pool area is nice and looked after and very clean. 8. Every apartment is pre wired with Fiber Cons: 1. Every building in the complex has a little bump out in the cold-de-sacs for cars to back out of their drive ways. On these bump outs they have a

My experience her at North Haven has been nothing but remarkable Brooklyn is amazing if I can personally give her a 10 I would. She answered all my question and concerns. The community itself is clean well maintained The property and staff is great. Honestly it really gives you that home like feel. Here is Ex. of how courteous the staff is. Example today LiI went to take out my trash because I missed the front door service (my fault) and tground keeper droves is cart up to me and said maam I will take care of that for you!!! Cmon now he didn’t have to but he did simple stuff like that goes a long way And the pool is beautiful in this Hot weather it’s needed. I recommend Corthaven to a Family meme and they even moved in and I’m now recommending it to you .

The apartments are the nicest you will find. There are parks all over with project with lovely landscaping. I mostly love the inside finishes & don't have to walk outside to get in my car, attached garage included!

I have lived here for 4 years and I have no complaints. It's a great community and it feels safe. The community is very nice and is well maintained. It's convenient and is close to 290 restaurants and shopping.

If you're looking for a place to call home look no further. Brooklyn was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the community! She definitely made my apartment home search a breeze. Not to mention the community is beautiful!! If you're planning on making a move ask for Brooklyn you will not be disappointed!!

Cortland North Haven is one of the best apartment communities in Cypress, TX!!! They are always so polite and helpful. Jet is the most amazing person and really treats you like family! I recommend everyone who needs to rent an apartment to come to Cortland North Haven!!! 😍😍😍

We just moved to Texas and toured Cortland North Haven with Brookelyn. We didn't have an appointment and she was able to squeeze us in and show us multiple units. We are now calling Cortland North Haven our new home. Thanks Brookelyn for all your help we really appreciate it.

Brookelyn and Jet are amazing! Brookelyn was understanding and flexible during my entire move in process! Several hiccups at move in with small things not working but Brookelyn, Jet, and Mr. Lopez got things fixed asap, they are on it!!! I love the complex, it's gorgeous inside and out!

I have been living at Cortland North Haven for almost 4 months and I’m very pleased with this community. First of all, I found it convenient that this place offers short term leases, which I was in search of, without the huge markup of month to month. The property itself is very nice, quiet and never have to worry about “upstairs” neighbor noise. Curbside trash pick-up is such a bonus!

I love living here! This complex has the best community. It's very quiet and the grounds and facilities are up kept. Everyone on the staff are so kind, from office staff to maintenance, etc., but I can tell you that Brookelyn Powell is why I moved here. I was in India when Covid19 struck, and by the time I got home I had one day to make a decision on a new home. I made appointments at 10 complexes that day. It was a crazy day, and added into the mix was the newness of Covid19 (This was in March 2020). I was completely stressed. Brookelyn answered the phone and was so helpful and kind. Then I came in and she already had options and pricing pulled for me and took me on a tour socially distanced. Then even after I signed and tried to figure out all the complexities of a move during Covid, she went out of her way to answer every question and was so helpful. Not only is the community the nicest in the areas to my opinion, Brookelyn was super professional and knowledgeable through the entire tour and followed through with all questions I had! Just moved in today and the entire experience has been wonderful. We were looking to downsize after living in a house for 20 years and this property instantly felt home. From the well maintained grounds to the beautiful floor plan layout, we know we have made the right choice. I'm on my second lease here and really enjoy the community. The Management team members are great and always helpful. The maintenance team does a great job keeping all areas clean and organized. Everyone always looks happy to be part of Cortland and ready to assist.
