My hubby and I decided to move here when I was 9 months pregnant. I was stressed to say the least, but Cortlands and their entire team made sure we were well taken care of. I’m not one to keep silent if something needs fixing or is not to par. The office answered all my request with grace and with great time. Not only are they a great team, they make the residents here feel welcome with the many fun events they hosts, such as pup cups for your dogs on Thursdays, taco truck days, Easter egg hunts for the children, ice cream Sunday bars and many other activities. This was our stop before we buy a house and I couldn’t be happier with where we live now. Would def recommend!

Mark and Jose from facility services take great care of us. Management is pretty responsive and on point as well. Erica at the front desk is also amazing. Just don't trust your packages in the package room lol though I guess that's normal now and there's no reimbursement for expensive stolen packages. Other than that the apartments are pretty nice and so is the property.

1. We LOVE ERICA! She is absolutely amazing. My pup is completely obsessed. She is so helpful and kind to all residents alike and her style is UNMATCHED! 2. Jason is definitely a favorite! If its cracking jokes or a driveby with snowballs its always a good time. 3. Melissa and Marc are the sweetest. Im a naturally loud person and a bit extra but they never mind. Everyone in and out of the office is amazing they even love on my pup😂 Of all the places ive lived between philly and Denver this is the first time i felt like i live in a community and it all thanks to the courtland team. **Erica i finally remember to leave my review😅**

I love this place maintenance is amazing...never spend more than 10 min in my apt no matter what they r fixing Marc Miguel and Francisco are amazing front office is very nice....quick to respond to any issues the have parties for residents frequently w hot wings n gift wrapping stations set up for Christmas....I cannot hear my neighbors at all!¡ I'm rt over the pool I thought that might b an issue but I seriously don't hear anything unless I want to.....this is the 2nd complex in 4 yrs and both were great n quiet No trash ever sits around the guys tend to the pool and the complex w great care GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP IT UP

The staff here truly make you feel so important. They treat you like family the moment you walk in. I found myself falling in love with this place the moment Brayan had introduced himself to us and gave us the tour! Me and my fiancé toured this apartment for our new home and Brayan was fantastic. He was very kind and professional during our tour! He went above and beyond despite it snowing outside. He grabbed a go cart for us and he made sure to show us the entire facility. He also made sure to give us the best rate possible and made sure everything was accurate. He was an honest man and showed integrity throughout the process! The process didn’t feel like an upsell it was very genuine!

After a cross country move my family and I stayed here for a few months while our house was being built. With only a few days notice, we were able to get a 3 month lease at a very reasonable price. This is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in where I felt like the management (Jason) honestly cared about us. He knew our entire family by name and treated us well every time we came into the office or saw him walking around the complex. Brayan always did a great job at the front desk too. Maintenance was great as well, we never waited until longer than the next day when we had an issue and Marc, Miguel and Francisco were always happy to help when they had to fix something. They also maintained the grounds very well and everything outside always looked nice. The apartment complex also had fun events that the whole family was able to enjoy. Moved here earlier this month, and now that the honeymoon period is over I can say that this property is a breath of fresh air. Beautiful grounds, nice amenities, and a bunch of stuff within walking distance (grocery store, liquor store, park, etc). Most importantly, the management is 100% on point. I knew I made the right choice moving here when I put in a work order for my dishwasher, hit enter, and ten minutes later there was a knock on my door. Yeah this place charges an arm and a leg but at least they give you your money's worth. Thank you for everything so far, Cortland. Please don't be silly and sell to Greystar or something like that.

When I drove by the community I didn't think much of it but then once I saw the amenities, especially the pool I was sold! During my tour Erika showed me the exact apartment I was going to move In to. I had to come back a few times for measuring my furniture and always was greeted with a welcoming smile. The entire staff is friendly and makes me feel like I'm a resident and not just a number. The pool and hot tub have been my favorite spots so far.

I have been living here since June and have enjoyed it from the start. The location is great, my apartment is comfortable, neighbors friendly, the building is well taken care of by excellent and responsive maintenance staff, everyone at the front desk and security have been excellent, too. Before I had even signed a lease, Silvia was helpful and friendly, patiently answering all my questions and making the move-in process easy and straightforward. Her excellent communication and personality played an important role in my decision to sign a lease. Since becoming a resident, Silvia Camacho have continued to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to every question or request. I could not be happier in this building.

He never seems put out by my many requests and repeated requests very patient-friendly very professional. First time being in an apartment in a very long time. Had a 6 month rental. The place is really nice and modern. The staff are amazing as well. It’s very informative for the residents with emails and texts as to what’s going on. Only down side is you have to pay separately for community electricity and a couple other things. Something new I have never experienced. The rate is higher if you rent shorter as well. Was a good experience just way way way to expensive but it seems the going rate.

The Asher staff are very helpful and attentive. The Asher grounds are very well manicured and clean. The maintenance workers that fixed the apartment washer were kind and efficient. Other apartment residents that I have met so far have been kind and helped me when I got lost in the hallways trying to find my apartment.

I have lived at the Miles for many years, for to be precise. It has been easy to stay for such a long time, as the community truly feels like our home. The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

Eaglepoint is delightful apartment complex. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills in the wonderful small town of Cheney. There are great places to get food like the Mason Jar as well as your Safeway, Taco Bell, McDonald's and the like that are no more than a mile away. The apartments look just as nice as they do online if not nicer in person and look more roomier in person as well. Everything from the appliances, rugs, walls, electrical outlets, you name it is clean new or like new and functions very well. The rent prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and answered our many questions even after we called them incessantly. When trying to manage when and if our mattress and other shipments would arrive before we got there, there were very accomidating in handling these challenges and went out of there way to help in any way they could. They have great amenities, a nice roomy work out room, movie room, pool, quiet room for study/work and free coffee. I don't think there's a better apar

Can't stress this enough. Moving to Plantations at hunters run was the BEST choice I made. Did I look at other apartments, no. But that's because the first choice I saw was Plantations and I was in love. Mariah was so helpful and kind when I first looked into the apartment. She made moving to a new place easy and stress free. She's got a wonderful boss Courtney, both are amazing at what they do. Then meeting Arnold and Albert with my random maintenance needs. Super professional and efficient. Not one bad thing about this experience.

The process to apply and move in was super easy to understand. Everything was done online which is good for me because my work hours are the same time as the office hours. My new apartment looks really good and the renovation was done well. I did have a few issues that I brought up to the office, they immediately sent maintenance over and got the minor issues fixed.

LionsGate is a gated and secure community that is located in walking distance to many stores and other professional businesses as well as bike and walking trails. I have many choices and can walk my dog in the nearby park at City Hall or other parks as well- all in walking distance. The gym, office , bbq area and pool are centrally located and are less than a hundred feet away. It's a great place to live.

The rent is getting expensive, (this year in particular). So hoping it will level off again soon as my plan is to stay. A key improvement would be better care of the landscaping in a few areas.

Maintenance at the property is very quick. They’re in and out for all the small requests I have put it. When I had a leak in my apartment, the maintenance supervisor Joe and Bruce made sure to have their vendor come out as soon as possible to fix the problem. I recently sold my house and downsized living quarters. I chose this location as I like the outside appearance, the area, pet friendly, and fell in Love with the floor plan of my apartment. It’s very modern, the color scheme is up to date and it’s very quaint. I call it my retirement home. Rachel, was very pleasant, kind and helpful when I first saw the apartment, that I didn’t even have to think twice. I remember asking her, where do I sign. Only thing of note is the two guest limit which I feel should increase to at least 5 but I’ll just go some where else during the holidays to celebrate with family. Amenities are high quality and makes a big difference. I’d like to see the coffee machine stocked with coffee cups however and the rooftop lounge with some products in the fridge to make it more convenient. Appreciate the business center and gym and normal events the most! Makes the most difference and gives a feel of coming together. Keep it up.

Summer at Heirloom Flats is just the greatest! From the pool, to the food trucks, to the events, and the location, everything is just perfect! Year round, the perfect doesn’t stop. They have great events all year long, the facilities are excellent (I’m particularly fond of the amazing gym and VR room), the staff is sooo nice, and my apartment itself is great. The surrounding area is very safe and has a lot of food options, and is very close to all Hartford has to offer, which was very important to me as well. The amenities are definitely a plus, there are two swimming pools to enjoy during summer time with a grill to barbecue while your friends and family enjoy splashing in the pool. I am handicapped they installed bars I purchased in my shower, allowed me to move to closer parking spot when came available. I have always felt safe here it’s been a community of friendly people. The appearance is kept nice & clean, pet situation is under control. During time I lived here there have been many water line breaks with water having to be turned Off. That has gotten better.

I’ve only had 1 problem and it’s with the office over paying rent late by one day. Other than that hiccup it’s been good. The area is nice as there are a lot of really good restaurants and bars. Traffic can be a pain during high traffic times but that’s the same everywhere.

I’m overall happy at Middletown Landing, the amenities and landscaping are beautiful and the community feels safe. Although maintenance is quickly responsive, they do not always solve the problem and require multiple visits to address the same issue (I just submitted my 6th request for the same problem that is still not fixed). I am also not happy that my lease renewal notice was supposedly posted on my apartment door rather than mailed or emailed; I never received the notice and missed out on the early bird special. When I asked for the early bird rate to be honored after explaining that I never received the notice, my request was not honored. You’d think Middletown Landing could afford paying for a postage stamp to properly issue lease renewals. This was disappointing to me.

I have lived at the Marlow since 2017. The apartment has huge closets and a large kitchen pantry. They recently installed all new energy efficient thermostats which hold the temperature perfectly which is super important to me, living in the roasting heat as we do. My family feels safe living here. You never see random people milling around that do not live here. I have never had a roach or rodent problem. Our Assistant Manager Elaila is amazing and always makes sure that any issue you may have is dealt with expeditiously. The maintenance department responds quickly if you have a problem and they are happy to help you. Overall, the Marlow is the best choice if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet community.

Viridian is the best community around Decatur. Its a very dog friendly community that I know of. Apart from that they have a great maintenance team - who 99.99% of the time are available and try to fix it in a day or two. Thats a pretty good turn around time i have come across. The landscape in & around the community is exceptionally well maintained. The pool on both sides is well maintained and very much regularly cleaned. The community lighting has been improved over last year which is great because previously we couldn’t find our apartment number in the dark and we have no problem now. However, the security through the night is limited. Even though its a gated community, thieves/robbers find a way to get in and break into couple of cars. So, it would be great to have cameras installed in places of entry/exit so that the perpetrators are caught later. Overall, I would recommend Viridian for its dog friendly ness, landscape, internal trails, safety, great community members.

The leasing agents were able to quickly assist me in viewing available apartments and in signing my lease, all from several states away. When I arrived the apartment was clean and as described. The two pools in the complex are very nice and always clean. The on-site laundry app system is actually pretty handy and a cool feature. Walmart and Randals are both less than a 1/4 mile away which is convenient. The beach is less than a ten minute walk from the complex which is a huge plus, I even have a little bit of an ocean view from my apartment. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Village by the Sea.

Cortland Holcomb Bridge is a very nice community so far. Very close to several schools and a good location for the Atlanta suburban area. The staff is very friendly and timely and the residents are family oriented and nice. Its a good place for anybody who is working and needs lots of quiet time for meetings or relaxing, or people looking to raise children in the suburbs. Tryon Place is well situated. Close to several good shopping areas, Waverly Place, Tryon Village and Kildare Farms. The underground parking is very convenient with elevator access to the apartments. The office staff is efficient and helpful.

This is a very clean apartment complex. When I moved in, the place was clean and spotless. My roommate and I expected to have to do some move in day cleaning, but were surprised not to need to other than some vacuuming after we moved in our stuff and started unpacking. Since move in, service requests I have submitted have been handled promptly. The staff is supportive and takes care to know your name and say hi to you after you've moved in.

The Pointe has great amenities and is in a great location. I really enjoy being so close to stores like walmart and target, while also being close to campus. I’ve never had any issues with the catabus which is really speedy about getting you to campus. They are super pet friendly and there’s a lot of green area for your pets to run around! They hold a lot of events as well which really makes this a great community.

I have lived here for over a year and recently they hired a new manager. He is super attentive and I feel is going to improve an already great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and little to none insect problem. Views are spectacular and you feel like your away on vacation. Love it!!!

The Overture should be on the list of places to visit (for anyone or any couple over age 60) before making a decision of where to live. My wife and I moved to a different independent living apartment in the City about ten months before we moved to the Overture Arboretum. Moving is never easy and it is expensive. In hindsight, we wish we had taken a little more time and visited the Overture before we made the first move. Things like having a washer and dryer in the apartment, and less important things like having access and use of a gas grill to cook a mouth-watering steak, become very important to having an enjoyable quality of life.

I have lived here for two months and have been very comfortable in the space. For a downtown apartment, the price is relatively affordable. The amenities are wonderful, and the pool is my favorite. The management is incredibly kind and works hard to ensure we are all happy. I have not had any issues with service requests and have been able to quickly have any issues rectified. I am happy to live here minus the construction across the street, but this is Denver you literally have to start expecting that, plus, the building is concrete, so it's not even loud during the day.

We rented our place last year based off the floor plan without being able to see an actual model home due to COVID19 restrictions, so when I did my walk through I was more impressed with the layout and was more spacious than I anticipated. Their were a few cosmetic flaws due to previous tenants but I love coming home to peace and quiet.

Solana Olde Town is a good community to live in. It is more expensive than I’d like to pay, but the amenities are nice. Maintenance and lobby staff have been responsive to requests. The grounds are nice, well lighted at night, and feel safe. I hear no noise from neighbors. We live on the top floor, corner apartment. The apartments themselves are very nice, I’d love more storage but you can pay for a garage.

Cortland Preston North is the perfect secluded feeling location yet minutes from everything you need. I love going on walks with my dogs in the neighborhood or to our own large dog park in the community. Very dog friendly and all courtyards offer dog waste stations. Finishes and floor plans are modern and fun. Prices are good compared to other areas up north. The front office staff have been so wonderful from the day I moved in. I will stay within the Cortland family if I move to a different community at some point. Everyone is always helpful and the move in process is super easy. Love my apartment!

The 3bd 2 ba apartment is nice, in a good, easily accessible location. I do feel that it is a bit pricey given the size of the bedrooms, but it's what apartments in this area seem to go for these days. But it has been pretty quiet so far during the time that we have lived here. It's good that it has air conditioning and a modern feel, and clean. The pool also nice and clean. Tara, the leasing agent, has been wonderful to work with, she has been very helpful with getting us set up and ready to move in. We appreciated her patience and responsiveness. The parking situation could definitely be improved, especially for those living in the larger size apartments and sharing with more than one adult with cars. Overall so far it has been enjoyable.

Easton at Carlyle Crossing is an amazing place to live! We feel like we are on vacation everyday. Beautiful apartment with awesome amenities. Our favorite is the rooftop terrace. It is such a beautiful retreat you forget you are living in the city. The coffee/wine bar and events are so fun and we are meeting lots of our neighbors. It is a great community feel. All the staff are great from leasing to housekeeping. Shout out to the best Concierge staff ever especially Parker, Tommy and Akia! They are so helpful and do whatever they can for you to make this a great place to live.

I haven't been here very long at all so far but my initial thought overall is great! You can hear music faintly from other neighbors but everyone seems respectful so it's no real bother at all. Close to so many needs (groceries, walking trails, nature, restaurants, pet store, movies, home improvement stores). Up to date with renovations - nice gray walls,.updated appliances, vinyl floors in units, quiet pool, grounds well kept. Only downside to me is the outside critters but can't blame that on the property, and creaky floors that may disturb those below if you're not on 1st floor.

I am currently going on my second year living here and I love it (: my neighbors are super friendly the community is great they have social events. Like everyone else is fair to say I love the maintenance team they are polite and get things done ✔️ and management is good about getting problems resolved. Recommend living here

My family and I absolutely love this place. The community events are on point! The maintenance team is so awesome. We had 3 light bulbs out (all went out during a holiday weekend) and they were able to fix them within 24 hours of placing the service request. Kedrick was very nice and friendly when in our home. He was so understanding to our barking dogs.

The staff from management to maintenance are awesome. I really like using the gym and cooking areas. Maurice and Dre are great and super helpful. Anytime I’ve have a problem the guys were quick. As a resident here at Cortland Green Valley I’m had no problems and every question has been answered with speed. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The maintenance team is amazing. Maurice and Kedrick always handle my problems at a reasonable time and I love my apartment. I never have to worry about my apartment having problems. They make it feel like home.

I went to look at an apartment and worked with rikki. She was awesome and professional made me feel like family. Because of the price I will have to look somewhere else but if you can afford it I highly recommend this property

We have been so exhausted searching for the perfect home . Our application fees being snatched right from us we have just been so over it. Until today when we decided to drive by and give courtland a chance . WOW, I honestly felt like I walked into heaven after what we have been through trying to find a place to live . RIKKI, she was awesome , she answered all of our questions and concerns. She showed us the property and units . We had such a good positive experience with them and I’d suggest this be the first stop if you are looking to rent in green valley! RIKKI YOU ROCK GIRL!

Madison is a pleasant young lady who was very friendly and helpful when I came to Cartland at Green Valley, my job transferred to CO, and I flew for one day to Denver to decide which apartment complex I would live. Building is nice and clean. Thank You Madison

Ever since cortland took over this property. This is the best place to live. The office is always helpful and willing to go out of there way to help out. Emily and Justine are both always so helpful when call them or stop by to ask questions. Highly recommend cortland at green valley!

My move in experience was beyond exceptional! Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance personnel and neighbors were welcoming.
