Everyone on staff is amazing but Shane is special. This guy is a superhero. Any question or concern we ever have. He has been out within 10 minutes to get it resolved. Incredible!

This is a very nice place to live I always see workers doing their job staff friendly and nice willing to help I feel comfortable living here thanks to the cortland staff for welcoming me in this atmosphere .
