I have nothing but praise for my main man Jose. His service is top notch. To start off he is one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet, he knows just about everyone in the community and makes it his job to make sure that you are completely satisfied living here. When I say he goes above and beyond he truly does. The service is impeccable, any issues small to large he will make sure they get resolved. If for whatever reason he cannot resolve it immediately he doesn't make any promises he cannot keep. He will give you a realistic timeline and follow up with you but still ensure it does get resolved at the of the day. He is definitely one of the reasons you should move in. Give this man a raise and a medal.

I didn't have any issues during my entire stay, and the team made living here feel seamless and well-supported. We absolutely love Cortland Delray! Amberly R showed us around and she answered every question we had and told us everything we wanted and needed to know! We love the updated kitchens and bathrooms. We toured the 3 bed 2 bath and every room was spacious and bright with an open floor plan. You get luxury living for an affordable price, especially being college kids this is perfect! 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to call this home!

I toured 12+ apartment communities in a single day, plus several more the week prior, so I had a lot to compare against — and Alycia genuinely stood out. From the moment we started the tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. She answered every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and made sure I felt informed rather than “sold to.” I’m in sales myself, so I can immediately tell when someone actually has strong sales skills versus just going through the motions. I love living here. The property is kept immaculate and it really shows that staff here care about neighborhood. Anytime I have had an issue that needed to be fixed like the AC going out because of the power or garbage disposal it's always quickly fixed and with a smile. I feel like I live at a resort 365. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! The women in the leasing office are phenomenal, such down-to-earth, welcoming people who truly made me feel at home from the start. I toured with Amberly, who was incredibly patient and took her time answering all of my (many!) questions. Soleil followed up with me about the workforce program and made sure I had all the information I needed. And Alycia was so kind and accommodating when I brought my mom back to re-tour the apartments, she happily went over everything again without hesitation. Everyone was so supportive, friendly, and professional throughout the process. The amenities are beautiful, and the two-bedroom apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. They’re a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and experience make it worth it. I’m moving from New York and have been searching for a place that truly feels like home and I found it at Cortland Delray Station. Highly recommend!

We love living at Cortland at Delray Station! It’s gorgeous here. Everyone who visits us says that it looks like we live at a luxury resort. Our family is very happy in our 3 bedroom apartment. The pool is gorgeous and we alway meet new people who are so kind and fun. The maintenance here is excellent! The common areas and always clean and smell incredible!!!! (Seriously…come smell!) We are also impressed that when we have an issue in our unit, maintenance is quick to help. I also want to add that we have loud teens and our neighbor has a new baby. We literally never hear each other! It’s always quiet. These walls do their job!

From wonderful community events to an office and maintenance staff that are eager to help, friendly, and take time out of their day to just ask how you’re doing, Cortland Delray really makes you feel at home. The staff at Cortland Delray Station goes above and beyond. Especially Jose! Jose is quick, attentive, and always friendly. Honestly the best staff I’ve had in years of renting. Jose of maintenance is the major reason why I wish to write this review. Jose’s knowledge and professionalism has shined in every single interaction I’ve had with him and his team. I arrived to Cortland rather shaken after having left a nightmare of an apartment situation (bugs, mold, and worse) and it has been so refreshing to see the care that the Cortland team takes of the property and its tenants. Every day, there is some improvement happening (power washing, fresh mulch, etc). I also wish to give credit to Alycia and her team. I will never forget that when my elderly dog passed away one week after I moved in, she ensured that all pet fees were waived or refunded and offered her condolences. As a whole, the Cortland team has always gone above and beyond. It really is a great place to live. I haven’t even mentioned the amenities but they are stellar (gorgeous pool, sleek mailroom, clean gym, etc) If I could say one thing that is frustrating and might be controlled a bit better, it’s the entitled people tha

This place has been amazing for me. I’ve been staying here for over a year and I must take my hat off to the maintenance team. I’ve really enjoyed living at Cortland Delray Station for multiple reasons. First, the amenities are fantastic- the gym and pool are both great and well-maintained. The units are spacious as well. Most notably, I want to highlight the amazing maintenance team, Jose and Rodrigo. They are incredibly responsive to service requests and truly the most helpful service team I’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex. They’re professional, kind, highly communicative and consistently go above and beyond to make sure requests are taken care of with 24/7 availability. I’ve lived here at Cortland Delray Station for about five years and it’s always been a great place to live. The facilities are terrific and the neighbors are wonderful and it’s a really great dog friendly neighborhood. The Gloria has been terrific, but I do want to say a special, thank you and kudos to Alycia in the office. and Rodrigo from maintenance. I had the misfortune of having my brand new dog puppy runoff yesterday and along with so many of my neighbors Alicia and Rodrigo went out of their way and took time out of their day to help me search and find my dog. They went way above and beyond. Fortunately, we did find him this morning and he’s safe and sound, but their assistance was invaluable and I could not be more thankful and grateful.

We were right next to it, and it is what it is. Just be knowledgeable of that, they can’t do anything about it… the staff was always present, attentive, and they always let us know what was happening. Beautiful community at proximy to downtown Delray which is near the beach and many restaurants. The Gym, clubhouse and pool are very nice along with the mini golf area. The best of all is how you are treated and service is the best.

I've lived at Cortland Delray Station for about 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The complex is located just a short distance from down town delray in a great location. I have had very few maintenance issues, but whenever I have them Rodrigo comes over and fixes them instantaneously. The facilities here are also great, the pool area and club house are great places to unwind and relax. Overall, My experience at Cortland Delray Station has been fantastic.

The community has been both very welcoming and on top of everything going on around the community itself. The team is constantly sending out email blasts updating residences on events, issues and resolutions going on on a daily basis. I had a very pleasant experience at Delray Station recently and wanted to be sure to leave a review. It is rare that you visit a apartment community and are received with welcoming arms and kind spirits. I had the pleasure of touring with Vanesa this past Saturday and she made me feel so at home. I was very impressed with the amenities and location of this community. The model apartment is perfect, and I wish I could rent is already as it comes. My partner and I will be making our decision by December since our lease is not up until end of February. I’ve been a resident here for over a year now and so far I’ve love it here. One of the things I’ve appreciated the most while being here is the service team. One time my AC broke late at night so I put in a request. I honestly thought I’d have to go to bed with my place being 82 degrees, but thankfully one the service guys, Rodrigo called and fixed it for me within 30 minutes. He even followed up the next morning to make sure everything was still working properly, which is always appreciated. They’re very efficient and always make sure to communicate what’s the problem is.

I want to take the time and commend Vanessa Espinal for her exceptional customer service. I am in the search of calling a new place home, and visited Cortland Delray. Only had 1 day to look at apartments in South Florida, and I’m so thankful we found Cortland at Delray Station. Friendly staff, amazing maintenance team, especially José, and overall a great sense of community here. They throw pool parties for residents, have food trucks come to the property, offer free yoga on property, and are always coming up with other fun activities. Love living close to the Ave, the beach, walking distance to Lake Ida, and not far from shopping. The only downside we’ve experienced thus far is the noise from the train (but honestly we got used to it within a week of living here). Also, wish the monthly valet trash fee was optional - a little steep in my opinion. Overall though, I would definitely recommend Cortland to anyone looking for a new place to call home!!

The apartment is very modern and the area is safe. The staff is excellent. Especially Jose in maintenance. Jose goes out of his way for everybody. A good man. The front office staff is also excellent with Vanessa and Gloria always being helpful with a smile. Gloria , Vanessa and Jose should be given raises. It's hard to find good employees who treat a business as if they own it.

My boyfriend lived in building 7 when we started dating. I loved his apartment so much that after 2 years of being together, we now live together in building 5. We weren’t sure how big a 2 bedroom was going to be. To a pleasant surprise, we are so happy with our unit. Our unit is spacious and clean! My son really loves the clubhouse amenities. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful. We’re very happy here!

My name is Alexandra and I moved into Cortland on Saturday. I cannot tell you how persistent and reliable maintenance has been within a period of 5 days. I would like to give BIG thank you to the manager, Jose. I was so impressed with his kindness and patience while I was figuring out how to install a shelving unit. I called the front desk, which they picked up in a few rings and asked if I could borrow an electric screwdriver since I do not own one. He came to the door within 10 minutes of the call, which is UNHEARD OF and amazing. Then , I discussed with him why I needed the tool to hang up a shelf. He not only took the time to figure out the whole shelving mount but he offered to help me put it up. This was not an easy task nor a short one, but Jose helped me do it and save a lot of time and stress with the move. I cant thank him enough for doing something for me that he did not need to do or probably want to do. It is exceptional service that I have gotten already in 5 days. In addition, all of my request

The maintenance crew that works here and staff in the office are GREAT! Any little problem you have they are always happy to help you. Maintenance problems always get fixed as soon as possible and whenever they cannot fix it right away (missing part for example) they communicate that with you and give you and ETA. Where do I start? Great location close to Downtown Delray and to the beach (Atlantic Dunes). 5-10 minutes drive to 3 different grocery stores and other stores. Great pool, excellent guest business area, great green areas, great and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!! It is in such a prime location! Lots of young professionals, near Atlantic Ave, and 95! I love the people here and it is so dog friendly. So as soon as you walk into the office it’s bright and everyone greets you with a smile. The office staff is amazing informative and attentive. When I had questions about a technical concern maintenance, I was lucky enough to bump into the Maintenance Supervisor Jose and asked him he was so friendly and knew what he was talking about and felt like my apartment would be in capable hands. My girlfriend and I have been living here for 2 years and are in love with this apartment complex. It is a very quiet community with excellent luxury amenities. One of our favorite Cortland staff members would have to be Jose; he is very attentive and always willing to go out of his way to help out with what we need. I look forward to leasing another year!

Decent property, beautiful apartments. While the management isn't great, the maintenance team is great. Jose, in particular, has always been extremely efficient and goes out of his way whenever anything comes up. He's shown up on weekends and evenings, he's gone above and beyond the last 3 years that I've been living here. Pool is beautiful. Gym is alright.

Cortland Delray Station has to be the best apartment that we've moved into by far, we've moved constantly trying to find comfort but finally living here for almost 2 years then having to move out of state sadly. The living spaces are luxurious, the benefits they offer around the clubhouse are awesome, and anything that you can't find to do there you will be able to find around the area. Dog parks, a place to eat, drink, Atlantic Ave is right around the corner. The beach is down the street, you literally have everything. The maintenance crew are excellent, they always respond to your needs. Also, the stray cats you may see around the lot, very friendly, some are fat ( Gary ) some are small (Bob & Alberto, ) but they live here too so let them thrive! Overall this place has been home to me for quite awhile and it's sad to say but I'm feeling a bit homesick LOL you guys are doing wonderful! keep it up and be safe!

Delray Beach also offers one of the finest beaches in the area less than 3 miles away. I do love living here. The neighbors are great, the amenities are great, management/maintenance are responsive, and the units are contemporary. I just signed my third lease in March. When I first moved in maintenance was very responsive. Then a couple of months later I couldn't get a response to remove a wasp nest. I had to do it myself because I got tired of waiting for maintenance after 2 weeks. We had a power outage that knocked out the air conditioner unit. It was a bad night and I prayed maintenance would not make me wait 2 weeks to fix it. It literally took about 2 hours, because I reported it around 8am. The office opened at 10am and there was a knock on my door at 10:15am. My air conditioner was working in 10 minutes thanks to the new tall maintenance guy. 5 gold stars to him for saving my day and my restful sleep.

Delray Station Apartments is truly a resort style living experience. It is like going away to a 5 star hotel and reliving the experience each day. Beautiful complex and community in a very ideal part of town. Close to downtown Delray and Lake Ida park is right across the street which is a major perk for dog owners like myself. Always going to be a few things here and there that aren’t ideal but outside of minor things it’s a great place to live. The maintenance team is actually one of the more friendly/responsive teams I’ve come across which makes it painless to get things taken care of in a timely fashion.

My experience at Delray Station from start to finish is one you rarely hear about with apartment complexes these days. I had gotten into a nightmare of a lease elsewhere and finally was given the OK to terminate my lease early and I had less than 48 hours to find somewhere new to live... living in south florida, that’s sometimes difficult with the astronomical rental prices so I had a strict budget. DS popped up on my search and at first I was thinking it has to be a mistake as this prime location plus amenities could not possibly be in my budget - well I was wrong. I had called and spoke with the assistant manager, Aileen, who was the most incredibly kind hearted person ever. She confirmed the availability of the unit I was referring to. I told her the situation I was in and she instantly sprung into action. She got ALL of my paperwork done in less than an hour and I was able to get my keys the next day... she prioritized ME in a time of need and all I can say is she was my hero.

Delray Station is a great place to live. Staff is amazing and takes great In the pride in the property. The location is excellent and easy to get to. Apartments great size and well maintained.

I’ve been living here now almost 4 years. The office staff is amazing they care about their residents wants and needs. Not like other communities once you move in they forget about who you are. Here at Delray Station, the office staffs cares and adheres to any concerns immediately. Most of us residents care about each other and look out for one another. The office staff sets the stage for the type of community this is. They plan events and parties for residents to mingle, have fun, and get to know one another. I would not live in another rental community, but Delray station. Thank you for making the community a fun place to live. JD

I’ve had a great stay here. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are bar none! I moved earlier this year to another apartment and they made the move so seamless!

Cortland Delray Station is in a great and very convenient location and is always maintained with the utmost care. The office and maintenance teams are on point and Jose and Gina are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I moved-in almost two weeks ago. My moving experience as it relates to apartment and Cortland Staff was great. The apartment was in great move-in condition, there was a minor issue they couldn't have foreseen and as soon as I addressed it, maintenance staff contacted me to schd an appointment to fix it. While I am still in the process of moving I've used the club house amenities almost daily to work, drink a cup of coffee or just relax. The club house is quiet and spotless clean. Although I haven't had a chance to meet people yet, I have observed that the residents are friendly. The gym and pool areas are also very nice. I've seen people making use of the outside grill. Overall, I find Cortland Delray Beach Station to be a very nice and comfortable living community.

I’ve been part of this amazing community for two years already and all I can say is that is a great place where to live, the apartments are brand new , the common areas are beautiful and clean, the fitness center has all I need to work out, the club house has diverse amenities where adults and children can have lots of fun, the response of the engineering department when having a service maintenance request is fast, I never had an issue with an emergency, maintenance people have assisted me even on Sunday at 8pm. The management of the neighborhood is A+++, they are always planning extra activities for our enjoyment, keeping in mind about social distancing, this morning for example we had free Chick-fil-A breakfast, we have yoga classes, and is for free.99. Aileen Merino is always available to assist, if you are looking for a home and also a place where you can enjoy don’t hesitate to sign your lease today.
