My daughter and I visited this beautiful property on a day when leasing was almost completely booked. Despite the limited time Chris had, he was incredibly helpful and provided me with a wealth of information. Maya, the young lady at the front desk, had the most infectious smile and brightened my day. She was also very helpful and welcoming to me and my daughter! M-line is definitely at the top of our list :)

I recently toured this property and absolutely loved it! The community was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The view of the Dallas skyline was incredible, easily one of the best I've seen. I absolutely love living here. The office team and concierge are all so responsive and you can tell that they really care. I just moved in with my cousin and the location is great. We take the trolly almost every where! The sky deck is also very nice.

All of the staff is wonderful. Since day 1 Izaiah has made my experience amazing. He welcomes everyone with a smile, remembers people’s names, and goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Even my guests comment on how sweet he is. I genuinely believe he shapes the spirit of the building and his presence is the main reason I decided to renew my lease despite the price increase. Maya is also newer to the team but a great addition! Javier on the maintenance team is also always welcoming and has a positive energy that makes you smile. My issues are always resolved timely and I feel safe knowing they are here to help with anything. The building itself is nice and clean, the management is solid and addresses concerns fairly quickly. Elevators can be slow and I wish the rooftop was open more hours but those are my only complaints. Overall I’ve had a great experience primarily due to the team!

We have lived here almost 2 years now, and have loved every second of it. On top of great location, you can expect timely maintenance, friendly staff, and really cool amenities. There is so much to do in walking distance, from great restaurants and bars to shopping and even a movie theater! We also loved the events hosted by the property, in the rooftop bar and at the pool in the summers (bonus poolside bar service in the summers). I personally even made friends with my neighbor through one of the provided weekly workout programs offered in the fitness center. The apartment itself is very clean and has updated features. Really can’t think of many issues we have experienced since living here. Even parking is never a hassle. No bugs. All issues with appliances were resolved as quickly as possible. The only problem I would ding them for is sometimes the elevators don’t work, but even then it is never an issue for very long and there is usually at least one elevator working when the other is down (and we personal

I have lived at the Cortland at M-Line since November ‘25. I don’t think I’ve ever really enjoyed where I lived until now! It feels like the staff and residents have maid their own community. From the leasing staff to maintenance to even the rooftop bartenders, service is like none other! Shout out to Chris Cassel at leasing for answering all my questions (no matter how many times I asked) and for always looking out for his residents! Absolutely LOVE this place!

I’ve had a great experience living in this building, and a huge part of that is because of the property staff and concierge staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — it really makes the building feel welcoming and well-run. I especially want to recognize Izaiah. He always goes above and beyond, remembers residents, and is so kind and attentive every time I interact with him. Whether it’s helping with packages, answering questions, or just greeting you with a positive attitude, he truly makes a difference and sets the tone for the whole building. It’s rare to find front desk staff who care this much, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of them, this feels like a place I’m happy to call home. Highly recommend!

We have lived in this community for three years and during that time have experienced three different floor plans, all of which have been well designed, comfortable, and easy to make feel like home. That kind of consistency says a lot about the quality of the apartments and the care that goes into maintaining them. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management especially Olivia. Olivia is absolutely amazing. She is professional, responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She has made our experience living here better in every way. Maintenance has always been reliable and timely, the community is clean and quiet, and the location is very convenient. After three years, it’s easy to say this has been a great place to live, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community.

My husband and I have lived here for three years and we could never run out of words to describe how much we love Cortland M-Line, especially the staff that makes the building so special! Living in three floorplans at this point, we have always appreciated the building, the amenities, the location, and so much more! Olivia and Izaiah are both the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure you are seen and valued as a resident, always stepping in to assist in anyway they can! We always say there quite literally isn’t anything we’d change about Cortland M-line and we would live here forever if we didn’t want a house! This experience honestly would not be the same without Olivia and Izaiah though - we can confidently say we might’ve already moved if it wasn’t for them! I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years, through 3 management companies and Cortland has been my favorite. I love the updates on the property. They’re always communicative and responsive. I was out of town for 10 days and must’ve left a light on in my car and per return , my car was dead! I went down to the office and asked Olivia if maintenance happened to be available to help me jump my car. Obviously this isn’t their job to assist something of that nature, but they didn’t hesitate to help. CHRIS from the leasing office, within MINIUTES (instead of waiting for hours for Triple AAA) offered to help and squared me away. I had a key remake issue with my storage unit months ago and he personally helped me making sure it was resolved immediately. I love living in a community where it truly feels like a community. Between management, how responsive, professional and nice maintenance is, the concierge addressing me(and my dog) by name everyday and just how above and beyond they are; I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere e

My daughter-in-law and I toured this community while she was looking for an apartment, and we had such a great experience! The staff was so nice and welcoming, they really took the time to show us around and follow up afterwards. The community itself is beautiful and very well kept. The concierge being there 24/7 and the Sky Lounge Resident Bar is a wonderful perk. She ended up not moving in for personal reasons, but we were both super impressed and would definitely recommend checking it out!

In Q3 of 2020, our daughter began to explore relocation options to Dallas, TX from after she finished college in Tennessee for a job post-graduation. A very exciting, but challenging time to move to a new state during the Pandemic. We searched online and via telephone/zoom calls to many different apartments within the Dallas area and learned so much during the process. When we landed on our first call with the Cortland M-Line staff, we immediately were immersed in a feeling of, “this is going to be great!”. The gentleman who helped us with virtual tours was so friendly, accommodating and patient. He shared many videos with us of the units available for a Nov/Dec 2020 start date and we were sold. The move in process was so smooth (despite having to relocate a far distance) and the staff was very accommodating. We watched the virtual video again, together, anticipating the day that this unit would soon be “hers”. For how long? Who knew. I’ve lived at Cortland M-Line for five years, and it has been nothing short of excellent. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, with high-end finishes, and spacious layouts. The building offers everything you could want, rooftop pool and lounge, a great fitness center, secure parking with EV charging. The location can’t be beat either; being right on McKinney Avenue with the M-Line Trolley, restaurants, shops, and the Katy Trail just steps away makes everyday life convenient and enjoyable. I especially want to thank James for his outstanding assistance. He’s consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Wonderful property management (Olivia) and maintenance team (Javier), unbeatable views and incredible amenities. The private and professionally staffed rooftop bar is the best thing in town!!! We just renewed our lease since we believe this is the best location in Dallas: the building is walking distance to Whole Foods, pharmacies and many good restaurants/bars. West village is a short 2-min walk where you’ll find anything you need. You also have an easy access to the Katy Trail which leads you to either Knox or the American Airline Center. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Dallas!

**Touring and Management Experience** In Dallas, this is one of the best properties I’ve toured with the best customer service. No one else comes close. The staff are friendly, effective, and relatable. Amenities exemplify luxury, apartments are high-end, cleaning staff is thorough, and maintenance is responsive. The fees are slightly higher than website, but this makes sense given the quality of the apartment. If you are looking for an apartment with a “wow” factor, great location, and excellent management, this is the one. Reason I did not sign here- Person circumstances might take me out of Dallas soon, so it made sense to sign a short term lease at my current apartment. If I stay in Dallas, I anticipate to sign a lease with M-Line.

I’ve been living here for about three months, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The pool is always sparkling clean and beautifully maintained—truly a highlight. The rooftop bar is another gem, open Thursday through Sunday, with stunning views you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas. What’s even better is the staff—Max, Andrea, and Allison—who are incredible. We frequent the rooftop most weekends, whether we’re hanging out with friends or just relaxing on our own, and it’s always a great time. The drink prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the incredible views. The units themselves are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. I've lived at Cortland M-Line for 3 years now with my wife and it is hands down the best apartment experience we have had in Dallas over the last 8 years. The building is clean, the staff is friendly/responsive, and the location within Uptown is walkable but not rowdy. Cortland has implemented a ton of updates since taking management - they added a dog park, package lockers, private workspaces, new pool/amenity furniture, and best of all - a private rooftop cocktail bar. We are very impressed with how Cortland has improved the place and taken resident feedback along the way (even from the rude complainers). We have renewed multiple times and highly recommend the building.
