My AC stopped working around 2/3am the middle of the night. The thermostat was completely black and non responsive so we called the 24/7 assistance number and they had someone come right at 8am. It was literally 80 degrees in my house once they were able to turn my thermostat back on. Took about another 2 hours to figure out the issue and to come back and fully replace the broken part in my AC unit. Super responsive and respectful maintenance team that fixed my issue. This is the first time in 14 months of living here that anything like this has happened and they were on it. MUCH APPRECIATED! Finally my apartment is cool again

have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Cortland at Nona Place Property Management . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. El domingo pasado el ventilador de mi aire acondicionado se dañò. Afortunadamente Pedro estaba de guardia e inmediatamente lo contacté fue a mi departamento a arreglarlo. Como no tenía el repuesto, me llevò 2 aires acondicionados portátiles. Lo cual fue lo mejor que pudo hacer y de esta manera me garantizó pasar una feliz noche! Moving to Lake Nona FL from NY was a major change for my family and I. We absolutely love it here. Cortland Nona gives you the perfect resort vibes and feels with all the cool amenities they offer! My husband and I’s favorite spots to hang out on weekends are the cabanas and the waterfront dock. Oh and the heated pool is a major plus! The staff is so friendly and nice and we love all the cool weekly/monthly events they put on for us residents. Everyday (when it’s nice out lol) feels like you’re on vacation in the islands somewhere. #ResortLiving Would 100% recommend!

I had the opportunity to tour this community while on a business trip. My company is relocating me and out of all the communities in Lake Nona, this community had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. The property looked nice and clean. The layouts were spacious and roomy. Seeing residents enjoy the amenities while I toured confirmed that this is the place I needed to be. I am excited for my transition to Orlando, but overall to make this community home.

I've been living at the Cortland Nona community for 7 months now, and I've had a great experience. Maintenance is swift to solve any problems, there are plenty of green areas for walks with a stunning view of the lake. I absolutely loved going to the clubhouse pool during the summer, the water is always crystal clear. Something else I love about this community is that they have elevator access and they are always clean with a very nice smell. The community is completely gated and has great security, and all apartments are equipped with smart devices. I am in love with the Samsung Smart Fridge since it makes my life a thousand times easier. The best part is that this community is located in an amazing place. I have easy toll access which means I don't have to deal with morning traffic to get to work. And it's also surrounded by everything you need, Walmart, Sams Club, gas, takeout, you name it!

We will complete around a year here and have to appreciate the vibe this community has. The management plans lot of events for residents including Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, Ice cream social, movie night, Valentine’s Day and many many more. It’s a great location, well maintained amenities, excellent staff and a caring attitude. All the staff members including Solvey, the front office team and the maintenance folks (Jose and many others) are responsive and do support a lot. Surely a place to consider.

Originally we put in a service call and it was resolved as a simple tripped circuit breaker. Once the downstairs neighbor called in with water damage the problem proved to be more than the circuit breaker. Ryan from the maintenance team responded and as is usually the case with your team he was very polite, respectful and genuinely concerned with our situation. He stayed on the case until we had a resolution. He was determined for us not to go too long without hot water. In order for the vendor to receive approval and come perform the work, get a replacement heater and other tasks, I'm sure that a lot more was involved and no doubt others that are part of Cortland Nona had to pitch in. I don't have all those names but hope you can pass this message of gratitude along. . Thanks again for a job well done!- by all of you

Krystal was awesome! Very helpful and informative. I was looking around for an apartment for a while and I never came across such an amazing leasing professional as she is. Apart from the complex being absolutely STUNNING, her efficiency and upbeat personality had a big impact on the leasing process. This complex is jaw-dropping. They are very pet-friendly and clean! I’ve lived at Cortland for a little over a year now, and I truly love it. Yes, the rent is a little pricey, but the complex is gorgeous and the rest of Lake Nona is just as much. What stands out about Cortland is the walkway down by the lake and the beautiful pool. It’s such a great place to go for a walk or read a book. My experience with Cortland Nona has been nothing short of fantastic! Carlos has been amazing during and after the leasing process. He always stayed in touch and went the extra mile. Ivan the maintenance guy gave me a very thorough tour of my new apartment showing me how everything worked and giving me tips on how to make my leasing experience a great one. My first night there I realized the hot water wasn't working and it was after hours, I called and maintenance called me back 2 minutes later and was at my apartment 20 minutes later and got it working. The noise level seems to be pretty great for an apartment. I hear a few footsteps which is to be expected in an apartment, but it's surprisingly quiet. The amenities and the apartments themselves are gorgeous!

I am giving a 4 for now because I work a lot so haven’t had much time to spend in my new place. The amenities are great, I am a simple man and don’t require much but I am impressed. Rebeca is absolutely AWESOME!!!! She was patient with me throughout the whole process and even though I arrived about 30 mins to the office closing to sign my lease she still gave me a tour of the grounds and I did not feel rushed. The package storage does seem a bit overwhelming but I was able to find the few I had delivered, took a while but I found them. Great complex! I love it here. Solvey was so helpful with the process of moving in. The amenities are great and the apartments are very luxurious. The area is nice and is being built up with all sorts of stores. I love the business center because I’m able to bring clients in an office and have necessary meetings without any inconvenience. It’s a little far from some things about 30 mins to downtown with the highway but I like being a way from all the noise. All in all 10/10.

Living at the Guthrie is fantastic! I moved in about six months ago and can't wait to renew! I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things. I hope he can clean up the mess that was the neglect from previous staff.

So often these days apartment buildings are managed by individuals that do not understand how to manage with class and tact. OneEleven bucks that trend and I am happy to say that everyone here and how they manage is a class act. The concierge individuals are so welcoming and eager to assist, it is just like living at a luxury hotel. The management folks are quick to reply to emails and the social events that they arrange are perfect. I am very happy here and know that I made a good decision when I leased.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

We have been living at Linkhorn Bay for close to 7 years. The remodeled apartments are beautifully done with wonderful property amenities. Our neighbors are always a joy too. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

I consider it great luck that I discovered and was able to secure an apartment in the predecessor to North Forest Apartments when I moved to Wake Forest,, and that my good fortune has continued under the current management. My experience with North Forest has been that it is efficient, friendly and maintains a first class operation. Life is quiet and easy here. Maintenance of the grounds and individual apartments is first class, and when some need occurs the response is rapid and well done. Add to that an amazing location, tucked away amid many trees yet within easy walking distance of a major shopping center, and you have a package hard to beat.

The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

The community staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. As a single mom with a teenager, I feel safe. I like how the community is well maintained. Having moved here from a previous gated home community, I don’t feel I am missing much of what I had before. The apartment layout works perfectly in the two bedroom setup. I have plenty of room and the neighbors are mindful and quiet. The community itself is quiet and safe. We are still in the same school district as before and close to everything we were used to. Although we downsized in space, I don’t feel we downsized in amenities. It truly has that resort like feel minus the room service. I am truly enjoying being here.

This is my 3rd downtown rental (Denver, Cincinnati and now Chicago). Angelique and the team at 111 really go the extra mile to ensure the residents are taken care of and that the facilities are kept up to date. I would highly recommend this location if you want a luxurious experience in the heart of River North.

Living at the REN is real deal. The quality of the apartments, appliances, amenities and technology are perfect. We are especially pleased with the safety and security of the building and the responsiveness of the outstanding staff. Add to all this the wonderful location and you’ve got the best place to live in downtown Seattle. We love it here!

The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

The Equinox has been perfect for me - great location for my work in SLU, easy communication with the staff, and easy process for signing up on my lease. The amenities like the 24/7 gym and the rooftop terrace are also really great! I honestly really like this place.

Very content here at 625 Broadeay . The maintenance / custodial staff are diligent and do a great job of keeping things running smoothly . The office staff Kim / Vae / Fabian are also readily available and we have good communication as to any residential needs . Additionally , security staff is doing an awesome job , especially Eric he is doing an excellent job as well . We are overall comfortably happy at 625 Broadway Lofts and look forward to getting to know our new property manager Carrie .

I am happy to write this review, I’ve lived at Strathmore Court at White Flint for years now, and although the administrative staff has changed periodically, the services have not. They are always there to assis the residents, although the complex is not for the handicap, that doesn’t matter because all you need to do is give them a call and they will assist you, to he WHOLE TEAM. I have lived here for 2 years and I'm always impressed with how fast maintenance comes to fix things! I'm always grateful for their positive attitude and speedy reply! Walter in particular always has a smile on his face and can make the most annoying maintenance issue disappear as quickly as it occurred. I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes and the maintenance staff can make or break your living experience, I'm so grateful for Mike and Walter!!

I visited my friend here on a cross country road trip and had a great time in their hospitality suite. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The front desk was really helpful when I needed directions to a restaurant for dinner and even stepped out to point me in the right direction. The garage is so confusing but I guess that’s part of big city living. I can see why my friend has lived here for so long. Really a great spot.

We recently had to move out of Cortland Nona because our family is expanding and we were in need of a bigger place. The move's been great but I miss everything about cortland Nona; the beautiful community, my amazing friends and neighbors, and most specially the kind and professional staff at the office who were always so responsive to all our needs. I really like to thank all the ladies at the office specially Ms. Solvey who was always so attentive to our needs and tried everything in her power to make us happy. In general, Cortland Nona is a beautiful community, the pool, the lobby, the fitness center always so clean and fresh. Our time at Cortland Nona, we felt like we were living at a resort, it almost felt like being on a long vacation. I highly recommend this place. It's a great place to live in if you have children. Great place. Close proximity to literally everything. A+ schools around. The complex has plenty of beautiful amenities, the pool area is sooooo beautiful, great fitness center, fresh coffee 24/7, dog spa, direct access to lake. Awesome place to live, and great staff., Melanie is so nice. Luis is wonderful. Would recommend it to anyone.

Cortland Nona is the best apartment community I have ever experienced. The office staff made up of Carlina, Melanie, and Solvey are always welcoming no matter the day. Most communities are welcoming until they’ve sold you into getting in, then the service stops. But this trio keeps it going no matter what. They are also always hosting community events and checking on how my family and I are enjoying the community as residents. Literally the best team ever. The maintenance team made up of Luis and a few other guys are also always welcoming. You won’t be disappointed about moving in here. My family and I moved from Louisiana and are very blessed to be living here with such great service and nice amenities. They don’t miss any details when it comes to service and cleanliness of the property.

The new management group has been AMAZING!!! Carlina, Solvey, Melanie, and the rest of the team are ALWAYS incredibly helpful and on top of everything! Since they came in they have been proactive not reactive and have really turned the place around from the previous management. They always listen and help right away! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I went on tour with my mom here and the staff were so nice! These apartments are GORGEOUS and we felt catered to right away. It’s like a resort. My mom had so many questions and concerns and the leasing staff made it so easy for her to understand. Carlina was our tour guide and she was awesome. Super friendly, sweet, and very helpful! I can’t wait to bring my mom back to apply later this Summer!

I wish I could take this place and move it with me. If I didn’t got this job so far away, I would have renewed without hesitation. This is such a beatiful community in a great location. The homes are brand new and even have a smart fridge that is so cool. I love that I can walk along the lake or kayak here. Cortland has been instilling a lot of change since taking over as new management in December. I am pleased to see the added security as well as the events they have put on since taking over. Solvey and Katrina, the manager and assistant manager, are always very helpful and quick to solve any issues I have brought to their attention. I look forward to see what else Cortland will do with this amazing community! 👏

The ladies in the office are always so welcoming and friendly, the community manager Katrina has been so pleasant to speak and making us feel comfortable and understanding the process of the change in management. So far the food trucks have been my favorite, the amenities always look great and smells so fresh and clean the moment you open the door. The lake and the kayaks we get to utilize is what made me fall in love with my apartment, the area and everything else Cortland Nona has to offer.
