Our promise to our residents is easy: if we don’t resolve a resident’s routine service request within 48 hours, seven days a week, they’ll live rent-free until we solve the problem.
It’s our goal to limit the effect maintenance issues have on our residents’ lives, which is why we promise to fix routine issues within 48 hours or less. And if we miss the mark, we compensate residents with a rent credit for each full day the problem goes unresolved.
