Dinesh Tarigopula is an Assistant Construction Manager with the firm’s Construction Management team. In this role, he assists in the coordination of construction plans, project buyouts, inventory control, and subcontractor management. Dinesh’s project management duties include various renovation and new construction assignments within the company’s Atlanta portfolio.
Prior to joining Cortland, Dinesh served as a Project Management Intern for Emory University’s Planning, Design & Construction department. In that role, he assisted project managers with bid development, contract formation, sub-contractor management and budget reconciliation, as well as extensive project involvement from initial planning to final closeout. Some of the projects Dinesh worked on over the course of his internship include Light Post Banner program and EmTech Library Service Center. While pursuing his master’s degree he worked on the 3D modeling of a commercial plaza and performed value engineering analysis for clients within the industrial sector.
In addition to his experience, Dinesh earned his master’s degree in Building Construction and Facilities Management with a concentration in Integrated Project Delivery System from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology in Surat, India. He also holds his CMIT Certification and is a certified LEED Green Associate.
